We're in the middle of revamping the site, but we felt it important to get the show out before all the changes were done. However, you may experience some problems in navigation. Greetings to all of you out there in Interweb-Land! Its your new pal JP here with the first of many posts to The Madness After Midnight Blog! I'm here to let you all know about my new show coming soon to 103.3 WFXD. The Madness After Midnight Show is the ONLY show in the Marquette area that caters to the Third Shifters out there busting their butts to make the dollar. You want hilarious skits, outrageous commercial parodies, a unique take on the world, the latest in NASCAR, the NFL, and other sports, all wrapped together with today's new hit country; or maybe you just want a place to air your gripes. Well Madness After Midnight is your show then. Plus we have great, new, and ORIGINAL segments everyday of the week that you won't hear any place else! What's that, you say? You want a line-up? Well, OK then..geez, simma down I haven't even started yet!

Monday: "Adam's Rosey Palm Review" - Adam spends a lot of his time "researching" the world's best web-models to bring you this spanking new segment to WFXD!

Tuesday: "A Minute with Steve" - His name is Steve Rules because his parents named him Steve, and he does in fact rule. Steve brings his unique commentaries to The Madness After Midnight Show on Tuesdays.

Wednesday: (Tentative) "This Week in eBay" - Roy The Tech Guy is infamous for his off-beat eBay finds, and tech genius. We want Roy to reprise his role with The Madness After Midnight Show, and so do you...so shoot him a line at roy@ywoshow.com to tell him how 1337 he is, and get his nerdy ass here!

Thursday: "Brodie's Movie Review" - Brodie-Man is known for his insights into the world of film. You think people call him Hollywood because of his uncanny resemblance to Hulk Hogan? (Ok, maybe not Hulk, but definitely Horace Hogan!) He'll tell you what to see on the silver screen and DVD.

Also on Thursdays, we'll bring you the NASCAR Update, with all the latest in the world of NASCAR. The Chase for the Nextel Cup starts this week! Do you want to be left in the dust?

Friday: "TJ Spears & Uncle Thomas Jacobson's NFL Report" - Who better than "The Professional" and the most crotchety old man in Spitwater, Georgia to bring you up-to-date on this week's NFL news? Ok, there's probably quite a few, but these are the guys we got.So that's the line-up!

Of course the show will feature crazy happenings in the news and our own off-beat brand of humor. So I hope you'll all tune in everynight weeknight from Midnight -6AM. Well guys, it seems that we here at The YWO Show will be letting you down again. Instead of launching season 2 today, we will be delaying due once again to issues with the server. Here is an email that I just recieved from Roy The Tech Guy:

"Joel:
Well, it's like this. I've been attempting to set up ONE Wordpressinstall on the server for the last two weeks, every time it's told methat MySQL won't allow it to connect so it can set it's database up. Inan effort to get everything all set up again, I did a reinstall ofportage (the central package manager for Gentoo) and discovered thatMySQL now refuses to let ANY wordpress install connect to it's database.Frustrated I issued what I thought at the time was the reboot command tosee if clearing out the lock directory would help only to find that Ihard shut down the machine instead of rebooting it. Jim is aware thatthe server needs to be restarted and I'm sure it'll be back up sometimethis week.HOWEVER with the SQL issues unresolved (and essentially fucked) we'rebasically without a feed until I can make the trip up (probably sometimethis week) to back up our podcasts, reformat the harddrive and reinstalland reconfigure the entire system.

So until the man gets to reinstall everything on our server, it looks like we'll be down again. Unfortunately these things happen. It just always seems to happen with the worst timing possible around here. However, we will still be doing a live show tonight at The Marketplace located on NMU's Campus, so be sure to turn out for that. If for no other reason than to bitch at us for this latest fuck up on our part.

Ladies and gents! The reckoning is coming! Repent, the rebirth is near. Season 2 of The YWO Show is coming at you with a vengeance this Tuesday. Come celebrate the launch of a new season with SBJ, "The Professional" TJ Spears, BrodieMan, "Steve Rulez", and JEFE during summer orientation at Northern Michigan University. The guys will be there whoring themselves and our new home, Radio X starting at 7:30 pm. We will be doing a live show, and there will be some great give a ways including t-shirts and CDs!

So join The YWO Show Crew in The Marketplace on campus at NMU on Tuesday June 20 for the birth of our second idiot child.

We sent out a contest at the beginning of April while SBJ was on Ghostly Talk for listeners to name the new paranormal show that is now in pre-production. We got many, many responses, but the winner is here!

The new viewer-driven show from SBJ Productions will be called "Reality Revealed," and our winner is Marcus Leader! Congratulations!

Reality Revealed will soon have its own dedicated page here at SBJ Productions. We thank all those that submitted names, and keep it here for the newest in IP media.

Its a sad day here at SBJ Productions as we lost our server. It was a strong, noble server, and it will be missed.

Unfortunately this means that all shows will not be accessible until we get the new server up and running, which won't be until this weekend at the earliest. We will post here though as soon as we get the server, and its running.
